HOW DO I RESERVE MY PUPPY?

CONTACTING ME:  Emails are great!  I actually prefer emails because it is a good way for me to stay in touch with you and be able to track our conversations.  Of course, you are welcome to call me to talk.  I accept phone calls Monday through Saturday until 6:00 p.m (912-425-9332).  If I cannot answer at the moment, please leave me a message, and I will return your call as soon as possible.  NO TEXTS PLEASE.  It is hard to get track of everyone through texts.  I would like to know a little about you to assure that our babies go to good homes only. I will be more than happy to send more photos and answer any questions you may have.

WAITING LISTS:  I do have a waiting list for my puppies now, so you will need send me your name and cell phone number by email in order to be added.  I will start contacting people when my puppies are around 5-6 weeks old.  I just want to make sure all is well with all of the puppies before I start contacting people.  Health is important, so that is my first priority to both you and your puppy!  I contact people through email only, so you will need to check your email often.  If you decide to wait on another litter, that is perfectly fine, and you will not lose your place on the list.  If you want to remain on the list, you will need to respond back every time I send you a notification email.  Some people are interested in a certain sex/color for their puppy, so you can also add that in your email.  I will contact everyone each time (in order), regardless of the color/sex they desire.

DEPOSITS:  I do not accept the non-refundable $200 deposit until I post the puppies on my site.  I wait until my Pomeranian puppies are weaned before pricing them or taking their pictures.  The deposit is required within 48 hours within the time that I put a puppy on "hold" for you.  Since many of my puppies may be reserved early and I do not have a waiting list, it is very important that if you are interested in a particular type/color of puppy, you email me often to see if a litter is on the way.  The deposit does go towards the price of the puppy, and the balance is not due until the day of pick-up or two days before the shipping date.  All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future puppy.

HOW DO I PAY THE DEPOSIT?  I do accept payments by Paypal, but if you don't have a Paypal account, I can send you an invoice by email and you can use your debit or credit card without creating a Paypal account.  I do waive the 3% fee on deposits, but if you are paying the remainder by Paypal, you will need to add the 3% fee that Paypal charges me.  I will accept personal checks through the mail ONLY for deposits, since the check will have time to clear before you get your puppy.  I also accept money orders by 2-day mail (in case we need to track it), as well as Western Union and MoneyGram (at Walmart) wire transfers through the mail.  Only cash is accepted when you pick up your puppy (NO PERSONAL CHECKS ON PICK-UPS).

HOW DO I GET MY PUPPY?

PICK-UP / SHIPPING:  I always prefer pick-up, but will ship, if necessary.  I only charge what it costs me to fly your puppy to you. I only charge what it costs me to fly your puppy to you.  The shipping cost for one puppy is $325.00, which includes airfare, health certificate from the vet, travel crate, bedding, and my trip to the airport in Savannah (an hour and 15 minutes away from me).  Two puppies shipping together in the same crate is $375.00 since I will need to get an extra health certificate from my vet.  I only use Delta and United (they both do a wonderful job) and I always strive to get the shortest flights possible.  I have flown puppies for many years and have never experienced any problems with the puppy not arriving 100% perfect.  They do fly the puppies in an air-controlled area in the plane and make sure they check on them often.  We ship anywhere in the continental U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and other countries which can accept pets without excessive quarantine restrictions.

Please note that shipping will not be available if the temperature is not within 20-80 degrees.  The airlines have changed their temperature requirements, so that makes it very difficult to fly puppies during the hot summer months.  If you want to fly to Savannah, I will be more than glad to meet you there with your puppy.

Please note that as of March 2020, shipping puppies through the airlines isn't possible right now due to the pandemic.  Hopefully, this will change in the oncoming months.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I GET MY PUPPY?

We can assure you that your puppy is in good health and has been properly dewormed and vaccinated with his/her first shots.  All of our puppies are seen by our vet for their initial wellness check, so you will receive a letter from our vet that says he/she has passed the health screen.  We do provide a written one-year health guarantee for congenital problems.  You will be provided with extensive information about taking care of your new family member.  All of our puppies are sold on a pet basis, so no breeding rights are given.

I do ask that all new owners call me the day after they get their puppy, just so I can see everything is going great.  I want to make sure that the transition period goes smoothly, so I work very hard making sure that my puppies are very socialized, healthy, and totally ready to go to their new homes.

I love to stay in touch with people who have gotten puppies from me, so an occasional update and new picture is greatly appreciated!  Owners are encouraged to call me at any time after they get their puppy with any questions.  I am here for the life of your puppy.

PLEASE NOTE:  I do not take calls, check emails, accept visits/pick-ups, or fly puppies on Sundays since I reserve that day for my church and family.  If you call on Sunday, please leave a message, and I will return your call on Monday.  I do not answer my phone after 8 p.m.  No texting please.
